Bottom layer:
- 200 g mascarpone
- strawberries (diced)
- cookie pieces (made with buckwheat, cottage cheese and egg)
Second layer:
- 200 g cottage cheese
- strawberries (diced)
- blueberries
- quince (diced)
Top layer:
- sliced strawberries
- sliced banana
- buckwheat flakes
Method:
- Mix the mascarpone in a bowl, then add the strawberries and cookie pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese with strawberries, blueberries and quince.
- In a glass or bowl, first add the bottom cream layer, then spoon over the second layer. Top with sliced strawberries and banana, then sprinkle with buckwheat flakes.
